Phoenix Faucets Installation Tips

Be careful not to tighten any connection if the parts are not threading evenly as you want to be very careful when screwing threaded connections together. Unscrew the parts and start over. Try to hand tighten connections as much as possible.

Potential problems may arise after installation due to sediment and impurities which are found in all water systems. That being said, please be aware Phoenix faucets are 100% tested for proper functioning. Co[pper fillings, solder, pipe joint compound or other sealing compounds and sands are commonly found in new installations.  Older systems usually contain a considerable build-up of lime scale deposits. During installation, these impurities may be loosened from existing pipes, carried by flowing water and possibly clog your faucet upon first use.
